We asked Russell to initially analyze the company to provide project management and some market analysis. However, in relatively short order, he learned all aspects of our manufacturing and production, provided insight concerning areas in which we needed to improve and mature as a business and assisted with marketing (including ad copy and conceptual graphic design). He demonstrated solid organizational and analytical skills, insightfulness regarding the needs of our business, and a strong desire to meet those needs during a very critical growth phase for us. I was very excited once I learned that after the course I would be able to gain more information on a one-on-one basis with Russell who has had several successful businesses. I have met with my coach, Mr. Ward, on several occasions after the workshop ended and he has continued to steer me in the direction of becoming a successful business owner.
